Responsibilities Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls with confidence, professionalism, and enthusiasm. Provide comprehensive customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions. Assist clients with product or service information, billing questions, and account management to ensure satisfaction. Conduct data entry accurately into our systems while maintaining attention to detail and confidentiality. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to create positive interactions with diverse customers. Support sales efforts by identifying client needs and promoting relevant products or services when appropriate. Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall customer experience. Skills Multilingual abilities are highly valued to effectively communicate with a diverse client base. Strong sales aptitude combined with customer service expertise to promote products confidently. Bilingual proficiency in English and additional languages enhances outreach capabilities. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for clear, professional interactions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for efficient data management. Experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when necessary; strong typing skills for quick data entry. Outbound calling experience is a plus, along with analysis skills to assess customer needs and feedback.
