Responsibilities:Lead Qualification:Identify and engage inbound and outbound leads to assist them with resolving their tax debt.Cold Calling & Negotiation:Leverage your negotiation skills to build rapport and close deals.Client Follow-Up:Maintain ongoing communication with clients through phone calls, emails, and texts via our CRM system.Consultative Sales Approach:Use a solution-based approach to guide potential clients through the process.Onboarding Clients:Effectively walk new clients through the contract and ensure a seamless transition.CRM Management:Utilize our CRM to manage your sales pipeline and track progress toward meeting goals Requirements:Motivated & Self-Driven:You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong desire to succeed.Strong Communication Skills:Ability to clearly and effectively communicate, listen actively, and show empathy.Adaptability:Comfortable working independently and efficiently within a structured framework.CRM Experience:Ability to quickly adapt to a customized CRM system and use it to manage leads and sales pipelines.Commitment:Availability to work 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, in our Irvine office.Compensation & Benefits Base Pay:$16.90/hour Commission Top Performers:Earn $200,000annually Paid Training:Get the skills and knowledge you need to succeed Benefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision after 60 days Other Perks:A vibrant, energetic work culture with great colleagues How to Apply Interested?
