About the Opportunity The Call Center Scheduler-Incoming is responsible for managing inbound patient calls to schedule dental appointments. This role serves as the initial point of contact between patients and the organization, ensuring every caller is treated with compassion and professionalism. The position impacts patient experience by facilitating timely appointment scheduling and addressing patient inquiries, contributing to the organization's operational efficiency and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to patients calling in. Answer incoming phone calls promptly. Schedule appointments based on patient needs and provider availability. Assist with general patient inquiries. Listen attentively and apply established processes and procedures. Identify solutions to patient challenges. Requirements Dependable with punctual attendance. Positive attitude. Strong verbal and written communication and listening skills. Ability to provide excellent phone-based customer service. Sensitivity to patients' emotions and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to understand and relay information accurately. Capacity to follow written or verbal instructions. Accurate data entry of patient information into systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. High school diploma or equivalent. Other Qualifications Strong computer skills, including multitasking across multiple systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with Denticon or similar scheduling software is preferred. Effective time management and organizational skills. Problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail. Prior customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Compensation & Benefits Compensation Bonus Potential: Eligible to earn up to a $1,000 monthly bonus.
