Call Time Manager

A company is looking for a Call Time Manager to oversee a phone banking program within its Digital Organizing team. Key Responsibilities Staff and oversee all scheduled phone banks, ensuring efficient operation and real-time support for volunteers Set up and disseminate the phone bank Back-of-Show document to staff and volunteers Help train and guide volunteers and staff on dialing tools, scripts, and best practices Required Qualifications Experience managing or supporting phone banking or similar volunteer-driven programs Demonstrated ability to lead in fast-paced, high-pressure environments Experience working with volunteers or grassroots communities Proficiency with digital organizing and event tools, including Scale to Win, Mobilize, Zoom, and Google Workspace Ability to work evenings and weekends regularly
