May 7, 2026 | Careers Position Summary The Investment Office at California Public Employees’ Retirement System is seeking a motivated, analytical, and curious student to join the Total Fund Portfolio Management (TFPM) team. As a student assistant, you’ll gain meaningful, hands-on experience while working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative and high-performing environment. In this role, you will support efforts related to evaluating the plan’s daily liquidity position and analyzing reinvestment opportunities across various time horizons. You’ll help run and enhance a liquidity coverage framework, contribute to research on investment strategies, and assist in developing tools and automation to support data-driven decision-making.
