What You’ll Lead Camp Programming Design, organize, and oversee PSA’s summer and seasonal camps. Manage daily camp operations — facilities, equipment, staff, and safety. Lead and mentor camp counselors with confidence and positivity. Communicate with parents, resolve issues, and ensure every family feels supported. Soccer Program Management Build and schedule leagues, tournaments, and training programs for all ages. Partner with coaches and referees to deliver top‑tier experiences. Oversee rosters, schedules, results, and league operations. Track program performance and drive continuous improvement. Who Thrives in This Role We’re looking for someone who brings passion, professionalism, and a love for youth sports: Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Recreation, Education, or related field. 2+ years of experience in sports programming or camp management. Experience with online registration systems. Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively with coaches, staff, and parents. Knowledge of youth soccer programming is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Why PSA? Because your work here matters .
