Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Campaign Intern to join our dynamic team dedicated to impactful community outreach and advocacy. This paid internship offers a unique opportunity to develop hands-on experience in campaign planning, public engagement, and program development. As a Campaign Intern, you will assist in executing outreach strategies, managing volunteer efforts, and supporting various public health initiatives. Responsibilities Support the development and implementation of community outreach campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media and local events Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising volunteers to ensure effective participation in campaign activities Help coordinate events, workshops, and public speaking engagements to raise awareness on key issues Collect and analyze data related to campaign impact, participation rates, and community feedback Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and monitoring online interactions Contribute to program development efforts by brainstorming new outreach ideas and refining existing strategies Provide administrative support by maintaining records of volunteer activities, campaign materials, and outreach progress Skills Strong volunteer management and supervising experience with the ability to motivate diverse teams Excellent public speaking skills for engaging community audiences confidently Proven project management skills with the ability to organize multiple tasks efficiently Knowledge of marketing principles and social media management tools Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting for program evaluation purposes Background in addiction counseling, public health, or social work is a plus Leadership qualities with a proactive attitude toward community engagement and advocacy Strong administrative skills including recruiting volunteers and maintaining detailed records Teaching experience or ability to educate diverse audiences effectively Join us as a Campaign Intern to gain valuable experience while contributing to meaningful initiatives that promote health, well-being, and social change.
