OverviewAs a Camper Cleaner at Kim's Cozy Campers, you will be responsible for ensuring our fleet of RVs and campers are cleaned, sanitized, and prepped for each rental.You will play a key role in maintaining the quality and cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the units.This position requires a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic to ensure our customers have a pristine and comfortable experience.Hiring process is STARTING NOW.Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive cleaning and sanitization of the RVS interior/exterior:bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, outdoor compartments & outdoor kitchens thus include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.Change and replace linens, towels, and bedding to ensure they are fresh for every rental Organize and secure all items in the RV to prevent damage during travel or while parked Inspect each camper for damage, documenting any findings and reporting them as needed Use checklists and renter packets to ensure proper stocking of supplies Conduct a final walkthrough of the camper before it leaves the lot, ensuring it meets cleanliness standards and is ready for the next rental Follow guidelines on professional conduct, including limiting personal phone use during work hours Requirements Previous cleaning experience is required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Physical stamina and the ability to handle a physically demanding job Reliability and flexibility to work various schedules Knowledge of camper layouts and operations is a plus, but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must adhere to company guidelines regarding phone use during work hours Occasional travel to campgrounds to complete same day turnarounds.Benefits Competitive Pay:Starting pay $20 per hour, based on experience and job performance Paid via Payroll Service Flexible scheduling options Part-time to full-time opportunities available About Kim's Cozy Campers:Kim's Cozy Campers is a woman-owned camper and RV rental business established in 2021.We proudly offer a diverse fleet of over 25 rental units, providing customers with the flexibility to embark on journeys throughout the U.S.and Canada.Additionally, we offer delivery services within a 60-mile radius of our location, ensuring a convenient and accessible experience for all our clients.Our goal is to help families reconnect with nature while still enjoying the comforts of home.www.KimsCozyCampers.com Pay:$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits:Employee discount Flexible schedule On-the-job training Paid time off Paid training Application Question(s):Do you have RV/travel trailer layout knowledge?
