Seasonal Maintenance Team Member (Part-Time to Full-Time) May - October Flexible Hours Pay Based on Experience We're looking for motivated, hands-on individuals to join our team for the busy summer season! This is a great opportunity for students or anyone looking for flexible, outdoor work.No extensive experience required--just the right attitude and willingness to learn.What You'll Do Help maintain and improve the property, buildings, and outdoor spaces Assist with basic repairs, landscaping, and general upkeep Support pool and facility maintenance (training provided) Use tools and equipment safely to complete daily tasks Work as part of a team to keep everything running smoothly What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Team player who enjoys working outdoors and with their hands Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills Reliable and able to follow through on tasks Physical Requirements Ability to lift 20-50 lbs frequently Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally Comfortable being active, standing, and working outside in various weather conditions Bonus (Not Required) Basic knowledge of plumbing/PVC Landscaping experience Familiarity with small equipment or machine maintenance What We Offer Flexible part-time to full-time hours (based on applicants preferences) Seasonal role (May through October) Compensation based on experience A supportive, team-oriented environment On-the-job training and skill development Pay:$15.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits:Employee discount Work Location:In person.
