Job Title:Campground Operations & Guest Services Associate Position Overview We are seeking a versatile and reliable team member to join our campground operations team.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, interacting with guests, and taking on a variety of responsibilities.The position requires a multiple hats mindset, balancing hands-on maintenance duties with guest-facing service.Key Responsibilities Campground Maintenance & Site Turnover Perform daily upkeep of campground grounds, facilities, and common areas Clean and prepare campsites promptly after guest departures Ensure all areas meet cleanliness and safety standards Identify and report maintenance issues as needed Amenity Rentals Management Assist guests with rentals of canoes, ATVs, and other recreational equipment Provide clear instructions and safety guidance for all equipment use Inspect, maintain, and organize rental equipment Ensure guests have an enjoyable and safe recreational experience Shuttle Services Operate shuttle bus to transport guests to and from canoe pickup locations Provide friendly, helpful, and informative service during transport Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any issues Follow all safety and driving regulations Qualifications Valid driver's license (clean driving record preferred) Comfortable operating vehicles and/or willingness to be trained Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong customer service and communication skills Self-motivated, dependable, and able to multitask Experience with maintenance, hospitality, or outdoor recreation is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment (up to 80 lbs) Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the day What We're Looking For A team player who enjoys variety in their day Someone who takes pride in keeping spaces clean and welcoming A positive attitude and willingness to help guests have a great experience Experience Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Knowledge of hospitality practices and guest relations to deliver exceptional service Experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking and problem-solving skills Familiarity with ATV's and offroad equipment is advantageous Passion for outdoor recreation, hospitality, or working in a resort setting is highly valued Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable outdoor adventures!
