Campus Dean, Nursing About the Company Accomplished nursing college Industry Higher Education Type Educational Institution About the Role The Company is in search of a Dean for its Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and experienced leader, responsible for the site supervision, development, planning, coordination, organization, implementation, and evaluation of all nursing program activities. This includes managing the program budget, faculty and staff, clinical site liaison, curriculum development, and ensuring program compliance with regulatory standards. The Dean will also serve as a student advocate, oversee program policies and procedures, and maintain educational partnerships with clinical sites. Applicants must hold a current RN license, a master's or higher degree in a relevant field, and have a minimum of 2 years' experience in both an administrative role and teaching in nursing programs. The role requires a commitment to diversity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people and institutions. The ideal candidate will have a leadership style that promotes collaboration and teamwork, as well as the ability to build consensus and manage program quality.
