Job Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Campus Facilities Associate to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our campus remains clean, organized, and well-maintained for students, staff, and visitors. The Campus Facilities Associate will be responsible for cleaning, upkeep, and basic facility support to help create a professional and comfortable educational space. Key Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of classrooms, skills labs, restrooms, offices, and common areas. Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal. Sanitize high-touch surfaces and learning equipment to support health and safety standards. Assist with setting up and breaking down classrooms, skills labs, or events as needed. Monitor supplies and notify leadership when cleaning or maintenance items need replenishment. Report any facility issues such as repairs, safety concerns, or maintenance needs. Follow all school policies, safety guidelines, and cleanliness standards. Support a positive learning environment by maintaining a neat and welcoming campus. Qualifications Prior experience in custodial, facilities, or general maintenance work preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks efficiently. Physically able to perform routine cleaning and lifting tasks. Professional demeanor and respect for a school and healthcare training environment. Schedule This is a part-time position averaging 10-15 hours per week. Schedule may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends depending on campus needs and class schedules.
