Staffing Now is partnering with a growing organization in the Arlington, TX area to hire a campus recruiting professional who will lead early-career hiring and internship programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume recruiting environments and enjoys building strong relationships with universities. What You’ll Do: Lead full-cycle recruiting for internships and early-career talent Manage high-volume pipelines and deliver a strong candidate experience Build and maintain university partnerships nationwide Represent the organization at campus events and career fairs Lead and enhance the Summer Internship Program, including onboarding, development, and conversion to full-time hires What You Bring: 2–4 years of recruiting experience (campus recruiting preferred) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with full-cycle recruiting and high-volume hiring Bachelor’s degree required Ability to work on-site in Arlington, TX + up to 25% travel Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, Parental Leave, ESPP Interested in shaping the next generation of talent?
