Our client is a top financial services firm. They seek a Campus Recruitment Specialist to join their Manhattan, NY office. Responsibilities Lead the firm’s school strategy by identifying core and emerging schools, setting engagement objectives, and shaping the annual campus calendar to maximize impact Establish and strengthen external relationships, serving as the primary contact for university partners and student organizations Plan and execute on-campus events, including information sessions and networking dinners, in partnership with recruiters, while supporting engagement and candidate conversion efforts Align messaging across campus and firm-led events in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring consistent brand representation and overseeing marketing materials Analyze engagement data, including attendance, hiring outcomes, and brand perception, to refine strategies and enhance overall impact Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any field of study 6+ years of experience in campus recruiting, university relations, or early-talent marketing Strong relationship- building and communication skills Strong project management and organizational abilities Execute detailed tasks and adapt to changing needs Ability to travel approximately 10x a year Job ID # 47636 Tagged as: Hybrid Remote/Office
