Canada Licensed Employment Attorney

A company is looking for a CaseSmart Counsel, Charges attorney with a minimum of 6 years of employment law experience. Key Responsibilities Defend administrative agency charges and attorney demand letters from investigation through conclusion Draft position statements and respond to agency requests for information Represent clients in settlement negotiations and remote mediations Required Qualifications Minimum of six years of employment law experience, including drafting position statements and representing clients Familiarity with administrative agency charges at both federal and state levels Active bar license in the state of residence and called to the bar in any Canadian province, preferably Ontario Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
