Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cannabis Cultivation Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the cultivation and maintenance of high-quality cannabis plants in a controlled environment. Your hands-on approach and passion for horticulture will help ensure optimal plant health, growth, and yield. Responsibilities Assist with planting, watering, pruning, and harvesting cannabis plants to promote healthy growth and maximize yields Monitor plant health daily, identifying pests, diseases, or deficiencies through plant identification skills Maintain proper irrigation systems and ensure consistent watering schedules using appropriate equipment Support indoor operations by managing environmental controls such as humidity, temperature, and lighting Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to perform routine maintenance on cultivation equipment and infrastructure Record data accurately related to plant growth stages, nutrient applications, and environmental conditions using basic math skills Perform heavy lifting when necessary to move soil, plants, or supplies safely and efficiently Skills Growing experience with cannabis or other horticultural crops is highly preferred Knowledge of irrigation systems and indoor management techniques Strong understanding of horticulture principles, including plant identification and pest management Experience with indoor work, landscaping, farming, or lawn care is beneficial Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment and maintaining tools Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively in a cultivation setting Familiarity with gardening practices, agriculture standards, and basic math for measurements and calculations Physically capable of performing heavy lifting and standing for extended periods Join us in cultivating excellence!
