Job SummaryJoin our dynamic team as a Cannabis Trimmer, where your attention to detail and passion for horticulture will help shape the quality of our premium cannabis products.In this role, you will be responsible for meticulously trimming and manicuring cannabis plants to ensure they meet our high standards for appearance, potency, and quality.This position offers an engaging opportunity to work outdoors in a vibrant environment, contributing directly to the cultivation process and product excellence.Your skills in plant identification, gardening, and handling tools will be essential in maintaining healthy plants and supporting the overall growth cycle.Responsibilities Carefully trim, prune, and manicure cannabis plants to promote healthy growth and optimal product presentation Use hand tools such as scissors, trimmers, and shears with precision and care Monitor plant health by identifying pests, diseases, or deficiencies through visual inspection Assist with harvesting activities including drying, curing, and packaging preparation Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure compliance with safety standards during all trimming processes Support the cultivation team with basic plant care tasks such as watering or adjusting irrigation systems Record detailed notes on plant conditions, trimming progress, and any anomalies observed during work shifts Experience Prior experience in horticulture, gardening, farming environments or similar precision work is highly desirable Knowledge of greenhouse operations or outdoor growing practices is a plus Familiarity with irrigation systems and basic land or lawn care techniques Mechanical knowledge of hand tools and equipment used in plant maintenance Ability to identify different plant strains and understand basic plant biology Physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing or sitting for extended periods during trimming sessions Strong hand-eye coordination Strong attention to detail combined with a positive attitude toward teamwork in outdoor work settings Pay:$16.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits:Paid time off Work Location:In person.
