OverviewJoin our dynamic team as a Cannabis Trimmer and play a vital role in the cultivation and processing of premium cannabis products.This energetic position offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on in a fast-paced, innovative environment dedicated to quality and excellence.As a Cannabis Trimmer, you will be responsible for meticulously trimming, manicuring, and preparing cannabis buds to meet industry standards, ensuring each product is visually appealing and ready for market.Your attention to detail and passion for horticulture will directly contribute to delivering top-tier products to our customers.Duties Carefully trim and manicure cannabis flowers using hand tools to enhance appearance and quality Remove excess leaves, stems, and imperfections while maintaining the integrity of the plant's natural structure Inspect plants for pests, mold, or other issues, ensuring only healthy buds are processed Assist with harvesting activities, including cutting plants and preparing them for trimming Maintain cleanliness of workstations and tools to ensure a hygienic environment Support the drying and curing process by monitoring environmental conditions in grow areas or drying rooms Collaborate with cultivation staff to identify plant characteristics and ensure proper handling during processing Skills Strong horticulture knowledge with experience in growing cannabis or similar plants Familiarity with irrigation systems, greenhouse environments, and outdoor gardening practices Ability to identify plant health issues through plant identification skills Mechanical knowledge of hand tools such as scissors, trimmers, and pruning shears Basic math skills for measuring and estimating quantities accurately Physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods during trimming sessions Experience in farming, landscaping, or lawn care enhances attention to detail in plant care tasks Knowledge of gardening techniques, outdoor work conditions, and general agriculture practices This paid position offers an engaging environment where your skills contribute directly to the creation of high-quality cannabis products.We value energetic individuals eager to grow their expertise within a supportive team dedicated to excellence in horticulture.Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$20.00 - $21.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
