OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Canning, Bottling & Packaging Lead to oversee our production line in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.This role is integral to ensuring the quality, safety, and efficiency of our beverage packaging processes, with a focus on craft beer production.The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of food safety standards, mechanical systems, and packaging operations, along with experience in the food or beverage industry.This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth within a dynamic company committed to quality and innovation.Job Summary:Responsible for coordinating workflow and assigning employee job duties for canning, bottling and packaging operations.Key Responsibilities Lead production process and participate in daily production processes Assign employee job duties to support efficient workflow that meets or exceeds production goals Monitor compliance with all sanitation and process procedures, product integrity, HACCP, CGMP, Safety and other regulatory requirements to ensure food safety and facility state and federal compliance Identify and report non-conformances and improvement opportunities to the Operations Manager Ensure accurate records of production batches, quality checks, and process parameters Perform routine equipment inspections and mechanical troubleshooting Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and product quality to ensure daily production goals are met or exceeded Required Key Skills and Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge, including troubleshooting ability and equipment operation experience Bottling or canning experience preferred Must have attention to detail Good communication skills Flexible schedule a must Positive attitude Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Education and/or Experience High school diploma or GED equivalent required Pay:From $21.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
