Overview: Successful candidates should have excellent communication and customer service skills, organizational and leadership skills and be comfortable working at heights of 200+ feet. Serious consideration will be given to applicants with previous guiding experience in the climbing and mountaineering industry. Experience in the ski industry, outdoor education, recreation management, high angle ropes courses, and/or interpretive/educational programming a plus.
