About The Job You’re Considering At Capgemini Invent, our Data Driven Transformation (DDT) team makes AI work at scale by combining data science and engineering with business consulting. We build context-driven analytics and GenAI/agentic systems that reflect how decisions and work actually happen—grounded in semantic layers, strong data foundations, and governance embedded in decision flows. With a builder-advisor (“forward deployed”) mindset, DDT delivers production-ready impact across operations and customer domains, redefining what enterprise AI advisory looks like in practice. Your Role As an AI Solutions & Engineering Managing Consultant , you will lead technical delivery on complex AI engagements, owning architecture decisions and guiding engineering teams from design through production deployment. You will serve as a senior technical partner to clients, balancing architectural rigor with practical delivery and contributing to account growth through trusted execution. You Will Lead end‑to‑end technical delivery on flagship AI engagements Own architecture decisions including stack selection, integration, and deployment Manage engineering teams and establish delivery and code quality standards Lead technical discussions with VP / Director‑level client stakeholders Identify expansion opportunities grounded in technical delivery insights Your Skills + Experience You bring strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation. You are able to identify and support AI‑enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness, and you have experience working in AI‑augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development. You collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI‑driven solutions, with a solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance. You demonstrate curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments. Required Skills 7–9 years in software or solutions architecture, with AI delivery experience Deep expertise in agentic AI systems and enterprise AI integration Proven experience leading engineering teams in client environments Strong client presence and executive‑level technical communication Track record of shipping production AI systems at scale The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $135,900 - $265,880. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
