Policy Servicing & Renewals: Handling policy renewals, updates, and endorsements to maintain customer retention. Claims Assistance: Acting as a liaison between the client and the insurance company, guiding policyholders through the claims process. Administrative Maintenance: Updating and maintaining accurate client records in company systems. Common Job Requirements: Licensing: State-required insurance licenses. Sales Focus: Strong desire to meet or exceed monthly/annual sales quotas set by the parent company. Customer Service: Excellent communication skills to build long-term relationships and handle client inquiries. Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of the specific company’s, rules, and underwriting guidelines.
