Duties Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and surpass monthly sales targets through strategic coaching and support Manage the entire sales pipeline, from prospecting new clients to closing high-end deals with B2B (business-to-business) and retail customers Develop and execute innovative marketing initiatives to attract diverse clientele, including multilingual audiences Conduct outbound sales activities such as cold calling, outreach campaigns, and follow-up communications to generate leads Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage inventory data, and optimize the sales process Oversee inventory management and control to ensure availability of popular models while maintaining accurate records Upsell additional vehicle features, warranties, financing options, and aftermarket products to maximize revenue Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during customer interactions both in person and over the phone Organize public speaking engagements or dealership events to promote our brand and build community relationships Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring satisfaction Experience Proven experience in dealership management or automotive sales leadership with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Extensive knowledge of automobile sales processes, inventory control, retail math, and organizational skills Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B negotiations, high-end vehicle sales, and upselling techniques Familiarity with CRM software platforms used in automotive retail environments Strong background in marketing strategies tailored for retail and automotive sectors Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual abilities are highly valued) Experience with public speaking or representing the dealership at community events is a plus Prior work involving outbound calls, cold calling campaigns, and customer relationship management is preferred Join us as we drive innovation in automotive retail!
