OverviewJoin our dynamic automotive sales team as a Car Sales Executive, where your enthusiasm and expertise will drive customer satisfaction and business growth.In this role, you will be the face of our dealership, engaging with diverse clients to understand their needs, showcase our premium vehicle inventory, and guide them through the sales process with confidence.Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help build lasting relationships, foster trust, and turn prospects into loyal customers.This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals passionate about automobiles and sales to thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.Duties Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, walk-ins, and B2B (business-to-business) interactions to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline Conduct high-end vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits tailored to each client's preferences Negotiate deals effectively by understanding customer needs, managing objections, and closing sales with confidence Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or in person, ensuring a positive buying experience Requirements Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales environments, preferably within a dealership setting Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and public speaking abilities Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively Ability to handle cold calling, prospecting, and building a robust sales pipeline from scratch Exceptional organizational skills paired with retail math proficiency for accurate deal calculations and inventory control High energy level with a proactive attitude towards upselling and achieving sales targets Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive relationships at every touchpoint Join us if you're ready to accelerate your career in automotive sales!
