Must speak spanish Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic plans for territory management and business growth within assigned regions. Conduct proactive lead generation through cold calling, networking, and leveraging CRM software to identify new prospects. Manage existing accounts with a focus on customer satisfaction, upselling, and long-term retention. Deliver engaging product demonstrations and technical sales presentations tailored to client needs. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while maintaining professionalism and integrity. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that support B2B sales efforts. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM tools such as Salesforce, ensuring seamless account management. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and effectively. Conduct territory analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion. Support inside sales efforts by qualifying leads and assisting with follow-up communications. Experience Proven track record in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding targets. Experience managing territories and developing new business opportunities through lead generation techniques like cold calling. Strong skills in negotiation, account management, and customer service within fast-paced environments. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking sales activities and managing client relationships. Knowledge of marketing strategies that support business development initiatives. Ability to deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations tailored to diverse audiences. Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and identify growth opportunities. Prior experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
