Job SummaryJoin our dynamic team as a Car Wash and Self-Storage Maintenance Associate! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning the automatic and manual car wash bays, stocking vending machines, and cleaning and upkeep of storage units and facilities.Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for our customers while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency.This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop versatile skills in customer service, site functionality, and facility upkeep.Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning checklists for the car wash bays and vacuums.Maintain vending machine merchandise and carwash chemical/soap levels.Maintain cleanliness of the self-storage facility by sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and general janitorial duties to ensure a safe and inviting environment.Conduct routine inspections of storage units, pathways, and common areas to identify maintenance needs.Occasionally Assist customers with storage unit door or lock issues in a friendly and professional manner.Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols.Support minor repairs or report maintenance issues promptly to ensure smooth facility operations.Keep detailed records of cleaning schedules, maintenance activities, and customer interactions to support operational excellence.Requirements Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting moderate weights, and operating cleaning equipment safely.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to assist with vehicle movement or related tasks.Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for maintaining cleanliness standards and safety protocols.Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.Willingness to learn new skills.Job Type:Part-time Pay:$19.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours:No more than 30 per week Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Ability to Commute:McCall, ID 83638 (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
