Nouria Energy Job Description If you have a good attitude, like working with people and are ready to work hard, you have come to the right place.Nouria Energy is committed to hiring quality people and taking good care of them so they will take good care of our customers.Customers visit our stores for much more than a good value on gasoline and products, they come for the value of a warm smile and courteous welcome.GENERAL SUMMARY The Car Wash Attendant is responsible for supporting the overall operation, success and growth of the assigned location.The Car Wash Attendant will be comprehensive support for the team and help maximize CW monthly pass sale for the location.The Car Wash Attendant will report directly to the Car Wash Manager Requirements: Assurance of success in daily operations at location Responsible for the training, education and success of direct reports Assist maintenance team with repairs within own capabilities at location Assurance of policies and procedures being followed at location Process vehicles through tunnel with efficiency while complying to all safety standards Ask cash customers if they know about our unlimited wash pass, attempt to sell a pass Upkeep with location cleaning:pit, tunnel, lot, trash, vacuums Complete any and all other duties assigned Additional Info: Able to work independently with little or no supervision and accept responsibility and ownership at it relates to the position's duties and expectations Strong reasoning and analytical skills Be able to earn the trust of staff and customers Self-starter, able to anticipate, identify and solve problems Possess a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills, able to work with people at all organizational/community levels Team player, committed to working in a collaborative, team environment PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ensures physical maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and attractiveness of all store facilities Ability to lift, carry, and hold up to 50 lbs Able to work outside in temperatures ranging from -10 to 100 degrees Stand or walk during most of shift Must be able to traverse and access all areas of the store Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Prolonged periods of standing and working at a cash register Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$15.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Employee assistance program Flexible schedule Flexible spending account Paid time off Parental leave Referral program Application Question(s):Are you a US Citizen, Green Card Holder or Permanent Resident of the United States?
