Card Stock Printing Machine Operator (Konica Minolta)

Job Title:Card Stock Printing Machine Operator (Konica Minolta) Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Machine Operator to join our team.In this role, you will operate and maintain high-volume digital printing equipment (such as Konica Minolta) to produce high-quality card stock materials.The ideal candidate has a strong eye for quality, basic technical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor digital printing machines to produce card stock products according to job specifications Set up print jobs, including loading paper/card stock, adjusting settings, and calibrating color and alignment Inspect printed materials to ensure quality standards are met (color accuracy, alignment, consistency) Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting of printing equipment Manage print queues and prioritize tasks to meet production deadlines Maintain accurate records of jobs, materials used, and machine performance Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure job accuracy and efficiency Cross-train on additional equipment and assist in other production areas as needed Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent Experience operating digital printing equipment preferred (Konica Minolta or similar) Strong attention to detail and quality control Basic mechanical and computer skills Ability to lift materials (up to 30-50 lbs) and stand for extended periods Good time management and ability to meet deadlines Preferred Skills:Knowledge of print production workflows and file preparation Experience with color management and finishing processes (cutting, laminating, binding) Work Environment:Production/print shop setting with moderate to high noise levels and fast-paced workflow.Schedule:Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay:$13.00 - $17.00 per hour (based on experience) Pay:$13.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours:40.0 per week Benefits:Employee discount Application Question(s):What is your pay expectation?
