HCA Healthcare is hiring a Cardiac Stepdown Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, evidence-based care for patients transitioning from ICU-level treatment. In this fast-paced cardiac stepdown unit, you will monitor complex cardiac rhythms, manage IV medications, and respond to changes in patient conditions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. You’ll use advanced technology and evidence-based protocols to support recovery, educate patients and families, and promote safe discharges.
