MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN DEPARTMENT : Maintenance REPORTS TO : Maintenance Manager PAY LEVEL/BAND: OCLG 5 FLSA : Hourly (Non-Exempt) SHIFT : This position may be assigned to any shift. Team members will work the shift for which they are selected or hired. JOB SUMMARY The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing advanced industrial maintenance tasks across the plant. This role includes conducting emergency and scheduled repairs on production and packaging equipment, performing routine inspections, troubleshooting complex systems, and ensuring all machinery operates safely, efficiently, and reliably. Conduct emergency, corrective, and preventive maintenance on production and packaging equipment. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation systems. Perform electrical maintenance on control circuits, three-phase motors, VFDs, AC/DC drives, and power supplies. Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLC and HMI systems to improve operational efficiency and reliability. Conduct routine equipment inspections to identify and address potential issues. Repair and maintain packaging and production machinery. Collaborate with Facilities Maintenance as needed to complete assigned tasks. Comply with all safety policies and use appropriate PPE for each task. Train and support tea
