Will be ICU and some clinic time too IP/OP Does Provider require hospital/surgery center privileges?: Yes Are temporary privileges available?: Yes Is Hospital Stroke Certified? Yes BLS certification required What Trauma Level Is This Facility? 2 Call Information: Beeper Ratio - 1:2 Call response time: 15 minutes Other information: Combination of office and call coverage Need the equivalent of two full-time APCs Need will be ongoing until we hire permanent APCS Prefer locums who can work full-time or at minimum two weeks per month ongoing
