About the Clinician's Workday The physician associate will provide comprehensive cardiothoracic surgery coverage with 24-hour call responsibilities including surgery first assist, hospital rounding, and charting duties. Daily responsibilities include managing surgical cases and rooming patients while maintaining accurate documentation for all patient encounters. The clinician will perform required procedures including CABG, AVRs, and lung procedures with continuous availability for emergency interventions. The position requires collaboration with the surgical team to ensure continuity of care across the cardiothoracic surgery service line.
