Job Description
TriStar Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Admissions Nurse to coordinate and deliver high-quality care for patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures. In this role, you will perform focused cardiovascular assessments, review histories and medications, prepare patients for diagnostic and interventional procedures, provide pre- and post-admission education, and collaborate with cardiologists and the multidisciplinary team. You will ensure accurate documentation, adherence to clinical protocols, and safe patient transitions while supporting TriStar’s culture of compassion, teamwork, and clinical excellence.
