TriStar Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Admissions Nurse to coordinate and deliver high-quality care for patients entering our cardiovascular service line. In this role, you will perform focused cardiovascular assessments, review histories and diagnostic data, initiate admission protocols, administer medications, and prepare patients for procedures or inpatient stays. You will collaborate closely with cardiologists, ED staff, and inpatient teams to ensure safe, timely transitions of care.
