We are seeking a dedicated Cardiovascular Technologist - Cath Lab (CV Tech) to join our dynamic healthcare team in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, you will assist in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular conditions through diagnostic and interventional procedures within the cardiac catheterization lab. Perform and assist with diagnostic cardiac catheterizations, angiograms, and interventional procedures, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes. Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining procedures, obtaining consent, and ensuring proper patient positioning. Operate and maintain specialized cardiovascular imaging equipment, ensuring quality image acquisition and proper functioning. Monitor patient vitals and condition throughout procedures, responding promptly to any changes or complications. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, patient information, and equipment logs. Adhere to safety protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory guidelines to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
