Department: Care Connections Reports To :Keishia Hunter - Care Connections Manager Employment Status: Permanent / Part Time Location: This position is fully onsite at our Buckhead office. Shift Options: 9am- 2pm / 2pm- 7pm / 3pm -8pm Work Days: Monday - Friday About Us: HealPros is a fast-growing healthtech company dedicated to closing gaps in care for insurance members.We partner with health plans to deliver services that make preventive care more accessible.Our team is mission-driven, people-first, and growing quickly. Position Overview: We are seeking a Care Connections Representative to join our outbound call center team.In this role, you'll make outbound calls to insurance members, follow a provided script, and schedule appointments for important in-home healthcare services.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, is comfortable on the phone, and takes pride in helping others take a step toward better health. Key Responsibilities: Make high-volume outbound calls to insurance members Clearly and confidently follow an approved call script Educate members on HealPros services and answer basic questions Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently Document call outcomes and appointment details in the system Meet daily and weekly call and scheduling goals Maintain professionalism, empathy, and compliance on every call Collaborate with Manager and peers to improve performance and outcomes After 90 days will be cross trained on answering inbound calls. Required Skills and Qualifications: Friendly, professional demeanor with desire to assist our members Maintain compliance with the companies Quality Assurance and HIPAA Guidelines Follow Client Scripts accordingly and use knowledge of company's services as needed Proficient in relevant computer software and databases Strong active listening skills and empathy for our members Escalate issues appropriately and in a timely fashion to all necessary departments Call center experience is a plus but not required. Bilingual - Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.We provide training and support to help you succeed!
