QUALIFICATIONS: Must be State Certified. Will be verified with the AZ CGFM Registry. Must be at least 18 years of age Experience: One year of formal caregiving experience in senior care Reliable Transportation Must have sufficient communication and language skills to effectively perform duties RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute client care plans and document daily activities Assist clients with activities of daily living Provide clients with household assistance: food preparation, monitoring home safety, laundering, light housekeeping Provide clients with personal care assistance: hygienic care, mobility assistance, assistance, companionship WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Client homes Skilled, Independent and Assisted Living Communities PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Able to lift 50 lbs. using safe, ergonomic movements Able to stand, walk, reach, crouch, use hands and fingers Able to talk, hear and see Physically and mentally able to drive a vehicle COMPENSATION: Job Type: Full-time/Part-time Pay: Starting at $16/hr, depending on experience Benefits: Access to Earned Pay On-Demand Paid Orientations Pay Cards Paid Sick Leave (up to 40 hours annual) Holiday Premium Pay (working on approved holiday) Referral Bonus GPS time and attendance technology enhances access to scheduling and client care information
