Schedule: weekends and some holidays Pay: Dependent on Qualifications (DOQ); merit-based increases Reports To: Charge Nurse, Nursing Manager, Administrator About Weatherly Inn Weatherly Inn is a family-owned senior living community known for excellence in memory care and resident-centered support. Benefits (Part-Time, 16+ hours/week) Paid time off (PTO) About the Role We are seeking compassionate, reliable evening shift Caregiver to provide high-quality support to our residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will assist with daily living activities, follow care plans, and maintain a safe and clean environment. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with grooming, dressing, toileting, bathing, and mobility Follow resident care plans and document observations accurately Support residents in meals, dining, and recreational activities Ensure infection control procedures and safe body mechanics Assist in emergencies and provide back-up to other caregivers Maintain a clean work environment and report hazards or injuries Observe residents’ physical and emotional condition and report changes Report suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation per protocol Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications GED or High School diploma required 1+ year of caregiving experience; dementia experience preferred CNA preferred Certifications: CPR + First Aid, Fundamentals of Caregiving, Dementia & Mental Health Training, Food Handlers Gentle, caring, teachable, and dependable Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs, push 250 lbs in wheelchair or cart Sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, and perform repetitive arm/hand movements We maintain a strong policy of Equal Employment Opportunity for all associates.
