Caregiver ( Full Time, 4 years exp req)

Urgently Hiring Duties: Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Follow care plans and instructions provided by nurses or healthcare professionals. Monitor and record vital signs as required. Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals. Assist with meal preparation and feeding if necessary. Perform heavy lifting as needed to assist individuals with mobility. Qualifications: Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to follow instructions and care plans accurately. Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with individuals, their families, and healthcare professionals. Compassionate, patient, and understanding nature. Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and empathy. Physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary.
