HOME IN THE HEART HEALTHCARE AGENCY Caregiver Needed – Millington, TN Home in the Heart Healthcare Agency is currently seeking a dependable, compassionate, and professional caregiver to assist a male veteran client in Millington, TN. This position is ideal for someone experienced with mobility assistance, transfers, and providing hands-on support while maintaining client dignity and safety. Position Responsibilities Assist client with safe mobility and transfers Assist client getting in and out of transportation for dialysis appointments Provide standby assistance and supervision during mobility activities Assist with dressing and personal care as needed Support client with ambulation using rollator/wheelchair Monitor for fall risks and maintain a safe environment Provide light companionship and support Report any concerns or changes in condition to agency promptly Client Overview: Male client Mobility limitations and weakness Uses rollator and wheelchair Dialysis patient Transportation is provided separately Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 11 Hours Weekly Pay Starting at $18/hour based on experience and reliability Qualifications Caregiving experience preferred Experience assisting with transfers and mobility strongly preferred Patient, dependable, and professional demeanor Ability to follow care plans and safety procedures Reliable communication and attendance required Home in the Heart Healthcare Agency “Exceptional Service Close to You”
