What You'll Do As a Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant , you will provide supportive services that help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent. Ideal Candidate You may be a great fit if you: Have experience as a caregiver, CNA, home health aide, or PCA Have a heart for helping seniors and vulnerable individuals Are dependable and compassionate Communicate clearly and respectfully Value dignity and respect in caregiving Requirements Reliable transportation Ability to pass background screening Ability to assist clients with mobility Strong communication and interpersonal skills Caregiver training may be provided for qualified candidates.
