Hidden Creek AFC is a small, family-owned adult foster care home located in Hartland, Michigan. We are seeking dependable and compassionate caregivers to join our team and help provide quality care in a calm, home-like environment. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, values reliability, and enjoys caring for others with dignity and respect.
