Caregiver Position At Hastings Assisted Living Are you a caregiver who likes to work with aging adults and helping them with their daily activities? Hastings Assisted Living, a Cassia community, is hiring a Caregiver (CNA, HHA, PCA) to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will assist residents with daily living tasks, mobility, and medication administration while promoting independence, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to a respectful, team-based care environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting aging adults, values teamwork, and treats residents, families, and colleagues with dignity and respect. Position Type: On-Call Wage Range: $19 - $23 /hour depending on experience. Location: 901 West 16th Street Hastings, MN 55033 Landmarks: Hastings Assisted Living is less than 5 minutes from Hastings Golf Club & Events and Vermillion Falls Park! Caregiver Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living and medication administration. Assist with mobility and transportation care. Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence. Document services performed on client service sheets and on medication administration sheets. Display an attitude of courtesy and respect for all residents, families, and staff. Function as a team member with other staff in the performance of duties. Caregiver Qualifications: Interest and passion for caring for the elderly. Preferred, but not required - experience working with aging adults. Must be 18 years or older.
