OverviewJoin our dedicated caregiving team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring compassionate, personalized support.As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to promote independence, safety, and well-being our Assisted Living Facility (SAMM).This role offers a rewarding opportunity to deliver empathetic care while fostering a supportive and respectful environment for those you serve.Day or Evening shift available.Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Administer medication and follow care plans accurately to ensure safety and compliance with HIPAA regulations.Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning, laundry, and organization of personal spaces Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to licensed nursing staff Document patient observations, care provided, and any incidents in accordance with facility protocols and privacy standards requirements.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records Knowledge of patient observation techniques, medication administration Performs other related duties as assigned by managmement Experience working with individuals with dementia (including Alzheimer's and memory care), or other cognitive impairments Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support individuals through personalized caregiving.Join us in delivering compassionate care that enhances quality of life!
