PART TIME/FULL TIME AVAILABLE:Full time Days Part time weekend/evening Job OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team.The ideal candidate will provide essential support to individuals in their homes.This role requires a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients, particularly those with special needs such as dementia or other health challenges.Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.Provide direct support to clients in a group home or home health setting, ensuring their safety and well-being.Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to appropriate personnel.Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of client information.Support clients in social activities and community engagement to promote independence.Lift and transfer clients as necessary while adhering to safety protocols.Join us in making a difference in the lives of those we serve!
