Job OverviewWe are looking for compassionate and dependable individuals to join our team as Caregivers.No prior experience is required -- we are especially excited to work with people who are new to the field and eager to learn.If you have a caring heart, patience, and a desire to make a difference, we will provide the training and support you need to succeed.As a Caregiver, you will play an important role in helping clients live safely and comfortably at home.Responsibilities may include companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and other non-medical daily activities.While prior experience in assisted living, memory care, or working with disabilities is a plus, it is not necessary.What matters most is your compassion, dedication, and willingness to grow with us.Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.Monitor and document vital signs, changes in health status, and report any concerns to care professionals.Assist with mobility needs using equipment when necessary.Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation to maintain a safe and comfortable living space.Maintain confidentiality of client information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote physical and mental well-being.Provide specialized NONMEDICAL care for clients with conditions such as early or mild Alzheimer's disease or dementia.Qualifications Previous experience in home health, senior care, or long-term care settings is preferred but NOT required.Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices is essential.Certification in CPR and First Aid is desirable.Strong observational skills to monitor patient conditions effectively.Ability to work independently while demonstrating excellent communication skills.Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations.Join our team of dedicated professionals committed to providing exceptional care in the community!
