This is NOT random load board work. Drivers will operate on structured dedicated routes with consistent weekly work and opportunities for additional freight after completion of assigned routes. We are building a professional fleet operation focused on: Dedicated contract freight Multi-state operations Consistent weekly revenue Driver growth opportunities Long-term fleet expansion Current operational markets include: Texas Missouri North Carolina DRIVER PAY STRUCTUREMain Dedicated Drivers $300+ Per Day Estimated Weekly Earnings: $1,500+ Weekly Pay Backup Drivers $250 Per Day When Dispatched Standby opportunities may be available ADDITIONAL LOAD BOARD & FREIGHT OPPORTUNITIES Approved drivers may have opportunities to: ✔ Access company load board opportunities after completing dedicated routes ✔ Run additional freight after completing dedicated routes ✔ Access company load board opportunities ✔ Increase weekly earnings through extra deliveries ✔ Receive priority access to additional freight opportunities Additional freight may include Local deliveries Regional runs Emergency courier freight Dedicated overflow freight After-hours contract freight Load board opportunities are: ✔ Dispatch approved ✔ Performance based ✔ Based on reliability and route completion DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES Drivers are responsible for ✔ Completing routes safely and professionally ✔ Following dispatch instructions ✔ Maintaining communication throughout routes ✔ Using GPS and tracking applications ✔ Performing vehicle inspections ✔ Securing freight properly ✔ Completing pickups and deliveries on time ✔ Maintaining professionalism with customers and facilities ✔ Reporting damages or issues immediately ✔ Following DOT / FMCSA safety requirements DOT / FMCSA GENERAL FREIGHT COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS All drivers and owner operators operating under MIJOY COURIER LLC / CHOSEN COURIER LLC dedicated contract freight lanes must maintain active DOT / FMCSA compliance standards required for general freight transportation. Drivers and owner operators operating general freight must comply with: ✔ DOT Medical Card Requirements ✔ FMCSA Safety Regulations ✔ Driver Qualification File Requirements ✔ Vehicle Inspection Requirements ✔ Commercial Insurance Requirements ✔ Drug & Alcohol Testing Policies (when required) ✔ Active Dispatch & Tracking Compliance ✔ Load Securement Standards ✔ Professional Delivery Documentation ✔ Daily Communication Requirements ✔ Safety & Accident Reporting Policies Failure to maintain compliance may result in: ❌ Route suspension ❌ Removal from active contracts ❌ Dispatch termination ❌ Loss of additional freight opportunities REQUIRED DOT / FMCSA DOCUMENTS All active drivers and owner operators must maintain: ✔ Valid Driver License ✔ DOT Medical Card ✔ Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) ✔ W9 Form ✔ Emergency Contact Information ✔ Direct Deposit Information ✔ Commercial Insurance Documentation (Owner Operators) ✔ Vehicle Registration ✔ Proof Of Active Insurance ✔ Safety & Compliance Acknowledgements GENERAL FREIGHT REQUIREMENTS ✔ Valid Driver License ✔ Clean driving record preferred ✔ Smartphone with GPS and data access ✔ Ability to communicate professionally ✔ Ability to follow dispatch instructions ✔ Dependable attendance ✔ Ability to work dedicated contract schedules Cargo van, courier, Amazon DSP, medical courier, expedite, or delivery experience is preferred.
