Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Carpenter, based in Delaware. The Carpenter will perform hands-on tasks in interior construction, such as installing suspended ceiling systems, wall panels, and other interior structures, while reading blueprints and following project specifications. Responsibilities include using power tools and hand tools, performing finish carpentry, and ensuring all projects meet safety and quality standards. The role also involves collaborating with team members and maintaining communication to complete projects efficiently. Qualifications Proficiency in Carpentry, including both rough and finish carpentry Experience using Power Tools and Hand Tools for a variety of construction tasks Knowledge and skills in Framing and installation techniques Strong attention to detail and ability to follow project plans and blueprints Understanding of workplace safety standards and practices Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Physical fitness to handle tools, lift materials, and perform manual labor Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites
