Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated to join our dynamic Fence and Deck team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a wide range of building projects, from custom decks , Fencing and railing systems. Your expertise in various construction disciplines will ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Lead and assist in building customer decks and fences, ensuring structural integrity and safety compliance throughout the process Install Railing systems with precision Perform concrete forming, pouring and finishing tasks with precision and attention to detail Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to facilitate various construction activities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution Carry out framing carpentry, trim carpentry, and wood working tasks as needed Perform demolition, restoration work with a focus on quality and safety Assist with heavy lifting and material handling to ensure smooth workflow on-site Follow safety protocols diligently while working with heavy equipment or at heights Qualifications Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on carpentry, concrete forming, masonry , fence and deck building Ability to operate power tools and heavy equipment safely and efficiently Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate project execution Knowledge of construction management principles to coordinate tasks effectively on-site Experience with restoration or remodeling projects is a plus Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of work Valid PA Drivers License and Dependable Transportation.
