Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a variety of building projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of diverse construction tasks, from framing and metal building erection to finishing and restoration. Duties Lead and assist in the erection of metal buildings, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with schematics and blueprints Perform concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and restoration work with attention to detail and safety protocols Install rebar and perform masonry tasks to reinforce structures effectively Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely for framing, roofing, siding, and other construction activities Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications Conduct carpentry work including trim carpentry, framing, woodwork, plastering, stucco application, and siding installation Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects, ensuring quality workmanship in all phases of construction Requirements Proven experience in metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, roofing, siding or related construction fields Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools for various construction tasks Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Strong knowledge of construction management principles and site safety procedures Experience with rebar installation, concrete finishing, framing (including wood and metal stud framing), drywall or plastering is preferred Capable of heavy lifting and operating heavy equipment safely on active job sites Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and project completion Valid experience in construction site management or supervision is a plus Join us to build exceptional structures while advancing your career in a fast-paced environment that values craftsmanship, safety, and innovation.
